Justin Bieber was onstage at a Houston Club with Rapper Post Malone when he was caught putting the lit end of his cigarette on Malone's arm.Post, who is the opening act for Bieber’s Purpose tour, didn't even flinch at the time.
However, judging by the pictures it looks like after his performance he noted Bieber's actions.
