Before you throw away these weird little packets of moisture-sucking gel beads, there’s something you should know. While their toxic label may scare most people off, they actually have a whole bunch of incredible uses you never even thought possible! 

Silica gel packets can be re-used for more things than you probably know.

Silica gel packets are filled with silicon dioxide beads, which remove moisture from the air by attracting water particles. If I knew they were this useful, I would have an excuse to buy even more shoes… I guess it’s time to go on a shopping spree!
